Brigit was knowledgeable and caring, gentle but firm with my sweet but stubborn cat. I was thinking his mats would need to be shaved, but Brigit was able to gently remove them with a comb. She also gave me pointers on how to help my aging kitty care for his fur now that he has arthritis. I would definitely recommend!
